2 Reasons To Fucking Love The Gym

If you enjoy being fit and healthy so you can be a better Dad, Mother, Brother, Sister, Friend or just a better person, you're in the right place.

It's such a good feeling afterward a good workout or Yoga session, that you can't wait until the next session. That's all well and good. Enter damn RONA. Gym's shut. Yoga is closed.

BUT, now that gyms are opening back up, it's time to get back into it.



Just a little reminder into why we love the gym. Did you ever notice that when you workout or do a Yoga class, you have this feeling of self satisfaction? Like you've done your body justice. Sure, you may be buggered after doing 50 burpees, but after you've gathered yourself (20 mins later lol). That your mind is a little more wired. Like you are a little more clear on what you want o do? You're like, alright, that was good. Or " I needed that".

Remember when we used to fist bump people. We're almost there again. Just a little bump of congratulations, we finished the workout and didn't die". The little camaraderie around the gym. Surrounded by your people is what makes it. And drives you to want to go again and again.


So, throw on one of the many pairs of Reebok Nano's you bought in isolation and get back to your happy place.
